Sunday, October 7th
*5:29pm – BFD was called to a fire in the 7100 block of Neal Dr. Firefighters assisted Lake Bridge Volunteer Fire Department with a fully involved structure fire. The fire marshal was on scene to investigate the cause of the fire.
Monday, October 8
*11:27pm – BFD responded to a single vehicle rollover at Jordan Springs Cemetery. Firefighters checked for injuries.
Tuesday, October 9
*5:14pm – BFD responded to a two-vehicle accident at 15th Street & Coggin Avenue. Firefighters checked for injuries and provided first aid. Firefighters loaded the patient for transport with Guardian EMS.*11:11pm – BFD was dispatched to a fire call at Coggin Avenue and Cottage where a cable was hanging down into the middle of the street. Firefighters removed the hazards.
Wednesday, October 10
*11:36am – BFD was called to a fire in the 2500 block of 1st Street. The incident was determined to be a cooking fire. Fire Crews arrived on scene to find the burner in the oven was on fire. Firefighters unplugged stove and the flame stopped.
Friday, October 12
*8:56pm – BFD was called to a fire in the 4400 block of Mimosa Drive. Fire crews were dispatched to investigate smoke in the area. The incident was determined to be a chiminea burning. The homeowner was advised to put a grate on top of the chiminea.
