Betty Northcut Jackson, 76, formerly of Brownwood, passed away in Garland on January 21, 2016.
She is survived by husband Wayne, two sons, Jess of Irving and Jay of Garland and five grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Mamie Hruzek of El Campo, TX and twin sister Hetty (Lowell) Moore of Cedar Park, TX. She is also survived by many many nieces and nephews over the entire nation, with several being in Brownwood.
She was preceded in death by parents Andy and Nancy Northcut, by brothers A.J., Hollis, Harvey, Harley and Don, and by sisters and their spouses Hannah (Marvin) Smith, Idell (Woodrow)Brazil, Lahoma (Woody) Woodside, Arlene (Edgar) Mullins, Klora (Elton) Dobbins, and Lola (Merle) Thompson.
She was missed even before she left us. There will be a Celebration of Life for Betty in Garland, Tx, at Granger Recreation Park, 1310 West Ave F, Garland, TX 75040.There will be a Memorial for Betty at First Christian Church, 2411 Coggin Avenue, Brownwood, TX, on Saturday, February 20 at 1:00. Betty will be remembered along with her brother Don who passed away on December 23, 2015 in Oklahoma City, Ok.
