The Brownwood Area Chamber of Commerce held their Spring Business Showcase on Saturday, April 14th which included the “Best Burger in Brownwood” competition. Contestants served their hamburgers to a panel of judges who voted for the best based on three criteria: presentation, flavor, and juiciness.
In the end, the judges selected a cheeseburger prepared by Chef Bubba Frank of the Turtle Restaurant.
Second place was awarded to Melwood Grill and Pub in Brownwood.
Samples were also served to attendees at the Spring Business Showcase during the Taste of Spring event at the Brownwood Coliseum.
