Brown County Water Improvement District #1 board of directors meeting, Tuesday, June 11, 2013, 5 PM – 501 E. Baker.

4.  Approval of:  Minutes of regular meeting held May 14, 2013, Workshop held May 28, 2013, and Special meeting held June 3, 2013.

5.  Approval of claims and accounts report

6.  Approval of Investment and Financial Reports;

7.  Citizen Presentations:  any citizen desiring to address the Board of Directors regarding a matter not included on the agenda may do so at this time.  The Board of Directors may not deliberate on items presented under this agenda item.  To comply with the provisions of the Open Meetings Act, the Board of Directors respectfully requests that prior to addressing the Board, each person submit a citizen presentation form located in the entrance to the lobby, stating your name, address and topic of presentation.  All presentations are subject to a five (5) minute time limit;

9. Discuss and take necessary action regarding issuing a firework permit to Gilligans Island scheduled for July 5, 2013.

10. Discuss and take necessary action regarding issuing a firework permit to Wild Duck Marina scheduled for July 6, 2013.

11. Discuss and take necessary action regarding a request from DB Stephens & Assoc. for payment of additional service rendered during test well bidding process in an amount not to exceed $9240.

12. Discuss and take necessary action regarding a work order for the test well drilling, oversight, analysis and reporting by DB Stephens & Assoc. in an amount not to exceed $116,444.75.
