The Lions and Lady Lions basketball teams each suffered a loss against Abilene Wylie on Tuesday in road games.
The Lions lost with a final score of 64-48 taking their record to 9-13 overall and 4-2 in district. The Lions will take on Breckenridge on Friday.
The Lady Lions also stumbled losing against Wylie 51-36 taking their record down to 19-9 overall and 6-2 in district play.
The Lady Lions did however clinch a playoff spot with Grahams win against Snyder. The Lady Lions will face Breckenridge on Friday.
