Graveside services for Barbara Moon, age 72, of Pampa, Texas formerly of Lake Brownwood will be held 2:00 Friday, August 17, 2018 at Pleasant Valley Cemetery under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home. Mrs. Moon passed away Sunday at her residence.
Barbara was born on January 22, 1946 in Sherman, Texas to Jake and Rose Perkins Spradley. She married Glenford Moon on October 4, 1977 in Pampa, Texas and he preceded her in death on May 19, 2002. After retiring from the City of Pampa Water Department, they moved to Lake Brownwood where she resided many years before returning to Pampa.
Survivors include her son Weldon Black of Pampa; grandson Jacob Black of Amarillo, Texas and by several nieces and nephews. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and two brothers Jerry and Richard Spradley.
Heartland Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
