Bangs residents are being advised to conserve water through at least Friday morning because of a leak at the Brown County Water Improvement District water treatment plant, according to a statement from the city of Bangs.
Water from the Brownwood plant to Bangs will be shut off to repair the leak giving the city of Bangs a limited supply of water until repairs can be completed.
