Brownwood News – Road closed signs and barricades are in place on Baker Street in downtown Brownwood and will be for the rest of this week.  The contractor for the sidewalk curb and gutter improvement has numerous workers and heavy equipment in place so expect Baker, from Brown to Hawkins Streets, to be closed, according to the City of Brownwood.
