Roll Back to School in Style Join the Brownwood Health Department, Brown County Derby Dolls and Brownwood High School SWAG team (Students with a Goal) will be on location at area schools offering back to school immunizations. The Brownwood Health Department will be traveling in their new emergency response trailer supplied with all the immunizations students will need to get back to school.
Dates and times of these immunization clinics will be:

8:30am to 3:30pm
August 12th
Early Primary Back parking lot
8:30am to 2:00pm
August 18th
Bangs Administrative Building
8:30am to 3:30pm
The health department along with Texas Medical Association (TMA) will be offering free bike helmets on a “while supplies last” basis. The Brown County Roller Derby Dolls will be on hand to fit each child with a FREE bike or skate helmet! Through a matching grant with TMA, 200 helmets were able to be purchased for this giveaway.
The SWAG (Students with a Goal) team will be volunteering their time to make sure Brown county kids are rolling back to school safe on the inside and out.
Other days the health department will have extended hours are August 1st-3rd and August 8th-10th at 510 E. Lee in Brownwood. Brownwood/Brown County Health Department was recently branded with the Texas Medical Association.
