Preston Browne waived his right to a jury trial during a proceeding held at 11 a.m. today at the Brown County Courthouse. Browne was charged with Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Possession of a Controlled Substance after a shooting incident on Saturday, May 20, 2017 left a 29 year old man dead.
