Bangs native Kendall E. Parson earned a Master of Education in Instructional Leadership and magna cum laude honors.
Brownwood native Matthew Rhea Bullock earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Languages and summa cum laude honors. Tiffany Lanette Daugherty earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Secondary Education and summa cum laude honors. Michael Dustin McClure earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science and cum laude honors. Felicia Nicole Robertson earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and magna cum laude honors.
Early native Tony D. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice and summa cum laude honors.
Students must have a grade point average of a 3.55-3.69 to receive cum laude honors, a 3.70-3.84 to receive magna cum laude honors, and a 3.85-4.0 to receive summa cum laude honors. All students graduating with honors were recognized during the commencement ceremony at HPU.
