Brownwood News – Flu season is here and it’s time to start thinking about your flu vaccine. According to the Brownwood/Brown County Health Department, getting a flu vaccine every year is the best way to protect yourself and your family from the flu and its potential serious complications.
The local health department is now offering the influenza vaccine for all ages. No appointment is required. Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Every Wednesday the office is open extended hours through 6:00 pm.
