Anna R. Wilkinson Moore, 84, of Bangs, passed away on Friday, May 3, 2013, in a local nursing facility.
Memorial services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday, May 18, at the Church of Christ in Bangs with Michael Light officiating and under the direction of Netherton Funeral Home and Cremations.
Anna Ruth Wilkinson was born on August 5, 1928, at Wallace Creek , San Saba, a daughter of Cleveland Wilkinson and Laura Anna Behrens Wilkinson. She attended school at Wallace Creek , and Married John F. Moore, in Brady Texas in 1949. Anna had worked as a Frame Technician for GTE until she retired. She had lived in Bangs since 1968, moving there from Brady, and was a member of the Church of Christ in Bangs.
Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son; John Randall Moore of Hugeton Kansas ; daughter, Annette Moore Carlozzi of Salem Wisconsin; five grandchildren, Laura Margaret Carlozzi, Nicholas Jordan Carlozzi, Casey Zane Ketterhagen, Lacey J Moore and Kaci DeShae Moore; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Arthur Wilkinson; her husband, John F. Moore and a daughter, Janet Ruth Moore.
