Angelita Santos Torrez, age 91, of Brady, Texas passed away Monday, March 23, 2020 in Kerrville, Texas. Angelita was born November 3, 1928 in Brady, Texas to Julio Barbarossa Torrez and Eloisa (Santos) Torrez. She was a Licensed Vocational Nurse and worked at the Brady Hospital for over 36 years, retiring in 1991. She was a member of the State and local Licensed Vocational Nurses Association for many years and also a member of the Home Extension Club. She enjoyed Arts & Crafts and Crocheting. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Brady where she was active in the Mary Martha Circle and the Methodist Women.
Due to current guidelines regarding gatherings from the State of Texas, the CDC and local officials,
the following will apply for services and visitations until further notice.
Private Graveside Services will be held for Angelita Torrez.
Angelita Torrez will lie in state for public viewing Friday, March 27, 2020 from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Current social distancing recommendations will be observed and the number of visitors will be limited to 10 any given time
