Brownwood News – The Brown County Commissioners will meet at 9 a.m. on Monday, February 11, 2019, in the Brown County Courthouse in Brownwood to discuss a number of items posted on the agenda.

- Paul Lilly, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval allowing the County Judge to sign a resolution allowing the Emergency Office Coordinator to apply for a County Fire Marshal License with the Texas Commission on Fire Protection and the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement;
- Paul Lilly, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval to reappoint David Olhausen to the Cen-Tex Rural Rail Transportation District for two year term for the years 2019 and 2020;
- Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1 & Paul Lilly, County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of TruCore lease at Brown County Juvenile Justice Center and authorization of the County Judge to sign contract with TruCore;
- Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1 – Consideration and possible approval of action regulating the use of certain fireworks for the Texas Independence Day fireworks season;
- Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding bum ban;
