Professionally trained film and stage actor & martial artist Darryl Phipps, a 3rd Degree Black Belt in KBKMA, has come home for a visit and will teach a seminar from 6:30pm-8:00pm on April 12th and 14th. He has been living in New York for the past 4 years and will be coming home to Brownwood to visit. While here, he will be teaching this fun, high energy, intensive fast paced & informative class. Darryl will talk about the proper martial arts mind set & attitude inside and outside of the class.
Darryl will tell how KBK Martial Arts & positive instructors can have an influence on a student giving him/her the proper tools & direction to achieve their goals in class and most of all in life. Darryl knows all of this first hand & how learning the Martial Arts has helped open doors first in his mind and opened doors for him to become the accomplished actor and martial artist with a positive mindset he has developed today.

Darryl was offered to be promoted to a higher rank at Premier Martial Arts in NY, (New York City’s top Martial Arts school in Manhattan) where he is a highly trained instructor. Darryl went through an intense hiring process to work at the school.

While visiting Brownwood in April Darryl will be tested for his Yondan 4th degree Black Belt.
Darryl says that the students that go to the seminar in April will be challenged, tried, empowered and energized. He will teach a high energy class the same way he and the other instructors teach in New York.
