Woodland Heights Elementary Kindergarten classes shared a Thanksgiving meal together on Monday, Nov. 22. One hundred and twenty-two kindergarteners sat at a 72 foot long “table” for a traditional Thanksgiving feast. The table was made of paper and stretched down the hallway with students sitting along both sides on the floor. Students made their own place-mats and pilgrim or Indian headpieces.
All the food was prepared by parent volunteers, except for the dessert. The kindergarten classes prepared the pumpkins pies.
