Care Nursing and Rehabilitation will host their 7th Annual Senior Health Fair on Thursday, October 9th from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The event will be held at Care Nursing & Rehab, located at 200 CR 616 just off of Hwy 183 North.
A free health fair with a variety of vendors will be offered to area seniors. Organizers state that this is a fun event at no cost. Seniors from Brownwood, Early and the surrounding communities are invited to attend.
Each year there are a variety of booths that offer information such as DME equipment, diabetes information and equipment, oxygen equipment, home health services, hospice service, long term care insurance, health foods, community resources, internet services, cell phones, massage therapy, first responder and emergency management teams, Brownwood Amateur Radio Operators, and other booths with important information or merchandise.Door prizes will also be given to some lucky participants.
