Weekly Brown County Commissioners Meeting is Tuesday Morning

Brown County Commissioners will meet at 9:00 am Tuesday, May 26, in the Brown County Courthouse, Commissioners Courtroom, first floor.  The agenda is below.

1. Declare a Quorum and Call Meeting to Order
2. Prayer
3. Citizen Comments
(All speakers will be required to adhere to the rules of procedure, conduct and decorum adopted by the Court on August 12, 2019. Any disruptive, abusive, obscene, or disrespectful behavior will be terminated immediately.)

4. Consideration and approval of minutes of May 18th, 2020.
5. Consideration and approval of any Treasurer’s/ Auditor’s Report.
6. Consideration and approval of payment of any bills needed

A. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of plexiglass installation in the district courtroom;
B. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – Consideration and possible approval of upgrades to security installation at front entrance;
C. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – Discussion and possible action regarding TAC Group Health renewal review presented by Bart Johnson;
D. Dr. Paul Lilly, Brown County Judge – Discussion and possible action regarding Independence Day fireworks displays at Wild Duck Marina;
E. Mr. Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1- Consideration and possible approval of action to install private line on CR 225 by Brookesmith SUD;
F. Mr. Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1- Consideration and possible approval to declare equipment surplus;
G. Mr. Gary Worley, Commissioner Pct. 1- Consideration and possible approval to sell surplus equipment by public auction;
H. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Consideration and possible approval of action regarding burn ban;
I. Mr. Joel Kelton, Commissioner Pct. 2 – Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the daily changing needs that may arise, any discussion or reports concerning needs or responses the County needs to take regarding the COVID-19 outbreak;
