The Brown County Rodeo will celebrate their 50th Anniversary this summer and the Brown County Fair Association Board of Directors request the public’s help to compile information regarding these 50 years of history.
If you or someone you know has information pertaining to Brown County’s 50 years of rodeo history, your help is needed. Help the Board of Directors fill in the blanks of some of the past 50 years of rodeo queens.
The 50th Annual Brown County Rodeo is scheduled June 6-8, 2013 at the Earl Q. Wilson Arena, located at 4208 Hwy 377S in Brownwood. Powerful rodeo stock from Terry Walls provided a great show with 388 entries and a total of $45,000 in prize money over the three-day event in 2012.
