The Caring Family Network announces their 5th Annual “A Nite at the Races” event is set for Saturday, November 15, 2014 at The Depot Cultural and Civic Center in Brownwood. The event offers a fun and exciting night out for guests and sponsors, including door prizes, a hat contest, dinner & drinks, pre-recorded thoroughbred horse racing, live & silent auctions, and live music by the Aaron Sandoval Band. The public is invited to attend.
This fundraiser is the organization’s major fundraiser each year. Sponsorships of the event and donations of items for the silent auction are now being sought. Those interested may contact event coordinator April Conway by calling 325-646-3222 or email aconway@depelchin.org.

Full page ad in official race program, logo featured on event billboard and all print advertising. Winner’s Circle – $1000

Owner’s Club – $750
8 Tickets to the event and a reserved table with signage.
Paddock Seating – $350

Advanced Horse Purchase
$20 will purchase a Race Horse in advance of the event. The program will list your custom chosen horse name and jockey. OR Buy all 12 horses in a race for $200!
Caring Family Network, is an affiliate of the DePelchin Children’s Center, a non-profit Child Placing Agency for foster and adoptive children in the state of Texas. The fundraiser benefits the children and families located in and around Brown County and primarily goes to help give them a more magical Christmas, according to organizers.
At the event, twelve pre-recorded thoroughbred horse races will be played (each race is sent in sealed packaging) and attendees of the event are able to bet on them just as if they were really at the races.
