Gonzales is charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child, and Indecency with a Child/Sexual Contact. Gonzales is currently being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond. *2:54 a.m. Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3300 block of Stephen F. Austin regarding an assault. In the family violence report, use of a knife as well as strangulation were both listed. An investigation is ongoing.
*Brownwood Police arrested 24 year old Justin Cohn, of Richland Springs, for Tarrant County warrant for Intoxicated Assault with a Vehicle. Cohn is currently being held in the Brown County Jail.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 29 year old Antonio Delrio, of Abilene, for a Motion to Adjudicate/CT-11.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 26 year old Donathan Kane Ellsworth, of Tyler, on a bench warrant.
*Brownwood Marshall arrested 21 year old Yvonne Taylor Ryans, of Early, for a Failure to Appear/Expired Registration.
*Brownwood Police arrested 33 year old Richard Philip Torrez for Public Intoxication. Torrez was later released on a $500 bond.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 50 year old Norma Teresa Valencia, of San Saba, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram. Valencia was later released on a $5,000 bond.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 44 year old Billy Don Vinson, of Bangs, for Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 4 grams, Tampering with Physical Evidence, and Possession of a Controlled Substance, less than 1 gram.
