3M Officials report early morning outages causing the Brownwood 3M plant to be shut down; however at 1:00pm power is back on and all employees are to report back to their normal schedules starting at 3pm.
A blackout at the plant occurred around 8:00am Wednesday due to the rolling power outages of the ERCOT grid.
