On Jan 12th, 3M Brownwood set a new Safety Record of 2 million worked hours without a lost time accident. Two million worked hours without a lost time accident is a very rare achievement for large plants, even within 3M, which has a very proactive safety and environmental culture.
This is the first time in the Brownwood Plant’s 46 year history that this safety milestone has been achieved.
“We are very thankful and proud of our employees for their hard work and effort to produce product every day for our customers and do that with safety always on their mind,” said Mike Tittle, Plant Manager.
