Brown County celebrated the upcoming Veterans Day on Saturday with a parade and ceremony to honor all veterans.
Veterans participated in the parade riding on floats and vehicles. There were marching bands including Howard Payne University and the “United We Stand” combined band made up of Brownwood, Early, Bangs and May High School bands marching together.
The parade began at the Brownwood Coliseum, traveled through downtown, and looped back to the coliseum.
The parade is an annual tradition in Brownwood. Veterans Day is Tuesday, November 11th.
