The 2009 Brown County Rodeo was held today in downtown Brownwood. Although the skies were clear and the weather was hot, downtown was packed with people to see this year’s parade & and participate in the other morning events (Click Here to see Stick Horse Rodeo Coverage)
Many local officials were in this year’s parade such as Brown County Sheriff Bobby Grubbs, County Commissioners Richard Gist, Joel Kelton, and Larry Thaweek. This years parade was lead off with Parade Grand Marshall Stuart Coleman.

Tonight is the last night for the 46th Annual Brown County Rodeo which starts at 8pm. The annual Rodeo Dance will also kick off this evening to close out the 2009 Rodeo Week.
