The 1st Jackpot Fishing Tournament of the season was recently held at Lake Brownwood with 23 people participating.
There were 3 limits and 17 fish caught for a total of 60.38 lbs. 11 out of the 23 weighed in fish on this cool and windy day.
The water was a dingy off-color and the starting temperatures were 46° and got up to 51°.
Fish were caught on a few different baits including Chatter Bait, Jig, Cranks and Shakey Heads.
