Keep Brownwood Beautiful and the Brownwood Community Garden will host their 1st Annual Brownwood Environmental Fair on October 11th at Riverside Park in Brownwood.
“We envision this event as a fun way to inform and inspire everyone to take better care of this home we all share, Planet Earth,” said organizer Cary Perrin of Keep Brownwood Beautiful.
The fair will include short classes and demonstrations, products and services, a fundraising raffle as well as kids’ activities and refreshments.
Perrin and Brownwood Community Garden Coordinator Daniel Graham explained that their organizations have overlapping missions, which make their partnership in organizing the event a natural one.
