A traveling survey exhibition of his work was organized by the Art Museum of South Texas in Corpus Christi and toured the state. Articles on his work have appeared in ARTNEWS and SOUTHWEST ARTS and he has been commissioned to produce color etchings and color lithographs for The Nature Conservancy and Audubon Texas. He currently resides in Fort Worth, Texas and spends much of his free time traveling, often to remote places and canoeing. For more information about Hassell, visit www.billyhassell.com.
